Winner of the Kindle Your Summer Fire Sweepstakes

The Kindle Your Summer Fire Sweepstakes has come to a close and after 63 days (June 25-Aug 27) and a winner has been selected on August 27 at 12:00pm EST at random out of 4,351 entries from all over the US.

The lucky winner is Laura Klassen out of Mobile, Alabama. Due to Amazon suspending sales of their previous Kindle Fire model while they launched the new Kindle Fire HD, the winner selection was delayed. Since the Kindle Fire and Kindle Fire HD wont be available till October 1st, Laura’s prize would not be available for several weeks. However, Laura has chosen the $199 Amazon Gift Card as her prize and will be delivered shortly. Congratulations, Laura!
