There are a couple of things that you should consider when you are comparing this to the 64GB Apple iPad Air. Most people will always consider the iPad as the best option for some reason, but right off the bat you can see that the Microsoft Surface 2 4G LTE is $200 cheaper and comes with a built in Micro-HDMI output, a full size USB 3.0 port, and a MicroSDXD card reader.
